- Once deposit is paid we’ll confirm dates and share a booking confirmation
Deposits: 4 weeks: $150, 6 weeks: $200, 8 weeks: $300
The deposit is refundable only if cancelled within eight weeks of the first night of your stay. In the event you need to change the length of stay then eight weeks from that segment. Your deposit will be deducted for each four week payment.

- Balance: On arrival by bank transfer. Card possible with a 2.5% card fee.

We value great content and brilliant creators.
So for that reason for pre-screened guests, depending on experience and portfolio, we are more than happy to offer sliding scale discount on your stay in exchange for edited content.
Generally we look for 25 edited photos, a great hero reel or similar. In addition we can connect you with local providers to get you comped trips etc.
