Room rates
During high season November-April we operate minimum four week stays. If there is availability between bookings we will try to accommodated. Outside of these time we can be more flexible.

Low season discount (April/May): For low season we have a 30% discount on our standard rates above.
Shorter stays: If there is availability closer to the time or between bookings we open those up. Our short stay rate is weekly (Seven nights) €224/wk (€32/night), Standard: €315/wk (€45/night).
Extensions: Possible based on availability. Rate example: If you extend a four week stay to eight weeks the four week rate will be used for the incremental four weeks. If you book for eight weeks initially the eight week rate will be used.
Returning guests: 6% off for returning guests who have stayed for four weeks or more where the new booking is at least four weeks after the last day’s stay.
Deposits: 4 weeks: €150, 6 weeks: €200, 8 weeks: €300
The deposit is refundable only if cancelled within eight weeks of the first night of your stay. In the event you need to change the length of stay then eight weeks from that segment. Your deposit will be deducted for each four week payment.

Led on the pool deck or barefoot on the beach. Clear your head, strengthen your core, and sail into each workday firing on all cylinders.
This is available at €30/week and is paid on-site.
