Discounts, Loyalty & Deposits

Low season discount (April/May): For stays during low season we have a 20% discount on our long stay rates above.

Shorter stays: If there is availability closer to the time or between bookings we open those up. Our short stay rate is weekly (Seven nights) €196/wk (€28/night), Standard: €245/wk (€35/night).

Extensions: Possible based on availability.  Rate example: If you extend a four week stay to eight weeks the four week rate will be used for the incremental four weeks. If you book for eight weeks initially the eight week rate will be used.

Returning guests: 10% off for returning guests who have stayed for four weeks or more where the new booking is at least four weeks after the last day’s stay.

Deposits: 4 weeks: €150, 6 weeks: €200, 8 weeks: €300

The deposit is refundable only if cancelled within eight weeks of the first night of your stay. In the event you need to change the length of stay then eight weeks from that segment. Your deposit will be deducted for each four week payment.
