The world has changed a lot in the last 12 months from an economics perspective. Wild devaluation of the USD and we’re moving into a new global economic chapter.
As most of our guests are from Europe we are updating our rates into Euro based pricing. Hopefully this will mean that it’s clear what the rate is for anyone staying and will help us with a more stable currency.
The new rates will take effect from 1st October 2025.

Shorter stays: If there is availability closer to the time or between bookings we open those up. Our short stay rate is weekly (Seven nights) €224/wk (€32/night), Standard: €315/wk (€45/night).
Deposits: 4 weeks: €150, 6 weeks: €200, 8 weeks: €300
Anyone booking before 1st Oct 2025 will have the old rates.
